Job Summary
Prepare rooms and staging areas for restoration projects, then execute residential and commercial demolition. Communicate with management and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes, and perform end-of-day cleanup to leave every jobsite clean and orderly. This role requires a valid driver's license, passing a background check, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds while working in tight spaces and at ceiling heights. Earn $17-18/hour with a $1.00/hour increase after six months, plus paid time off and professional development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Pass background test (no felonies)
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
