Restoration Technician

Respond promptly to emergency situations involving water and fire damage, evaluating sites and performing restoration activities such as water extraction, drying, demolition, and cleanup. Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools and supplies while communicating safety hazards and job site findings to supervisors. Maintain open communication with clients to address concerns and explain the restoration process. Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 100 pounds, climbing ladders, and working in tight spaces. Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Valid driver's license and previous restoration or construction experience are preferred.
