Job Summary
Restoration Technician responsible for performing restoration and cleaning services for residential and commercial properties affected by water damage, fire damage, mold, storms, and other disasters. Works as part of a team to restore properties to preloss condition while delivering exceptional customer service. Primary duties include loading equipment and supplies, preparing rooms, setting up containment and restoration equipment, executing water mitigation, fire cleanup, mold remediation, demolition, cleaning, and other restoration tasks, following safety procedures, communicating with supervisors and customers, documenting work and maintaining records, and participating in ongoing training with opportunities for advancement within Servpro.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Experience in restoration, construction, demolition, cleaning, or related field preferred
- IICRC certifications are a plus but not required
