Job Summary
Respond quickly to emergency situations involving water, fire, mold, and sewage losses. Perform hands-on restoration work including water extraction, demolition, and equipment setup. Load, inventory, and maintain vehicles, tools, and materials for each job while communicating updates to team members and customers. Follow safety procedures and maintain job site organization. Work occasional on-call shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Lift 50+ lbs regularly and navigate tight spaces like attics and crawl spaces.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly, occasionally up to 100 lbs (with help)
- Comfortable working on ladders, at heights, or in tight spaces (attics, crawl spaces)
- Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry heavy materials repeatedly
- Comfortable working with and around cleaning agents and restoration materials
- Dependable, adaptable, and ready to say 'Yes' to new challenges
Desired Qualifications
- Previous handyman, construction, or restoration experience
- IICRC certification
