Restoration Technician

Respond to emergency situations in property restoration, including water and fire damage. Perform restoration and cleanup tasks such as water extraction, drying, demolition, and setup of specialty equipment; load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools and supplies. Communicate safety hazards, equipment needs, and job-site findings to supervisors, and maintain open communication with clients about the restoration process. On-call rotating shifts (evenings, weekends, and holidays) are required. Physical requirements include lifting 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance, climbing ladders, and working in tight spaces. Prior restoration or construction experience is preferred; IICRC certification is a plus. All roles are described within the SERVPRO franchise structure.
