Restoration Technician

Restoration Technician performs restoration and cleaning services for residential and commercial properties affected by water damage, fire damage, mold, storms, and other disasters. Works as part of a team to restore properties to preloss condition, while delivering excellent customer service. Primary duties include loading equipment and supplies, preparing rooms, setting up containment and drying equipment, performing water mitigation, fire cleanup, mold remediation, and restoration tasks, following safety procedures, communicating with supervisors and customers, documenting work, and participating in ongoing training and development. The role requires physical work in demanding environments and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly (up to 100 pounds with assistance), stand, bend, climb, and work with restoration tools and PPE.
