Job Summary
Respond to water, fire, and mold emergencies by performing extraction, flood cleanup, and sewage remediation across residential and commercial properties. Set up and monitor drying equipment while taking daily moisture readings, and execute mold containment with HEPA cleaning. Assist with fire restoration, deodorization, and contents cleaning, then perform controlled demolition of wet drywall, flooring, and insulation. Document job conditions using mobile apps and maintain company vehicles and equipment. Communicate professionally with customers during critical recovery moments. Full-time year-round role with rotating on-call availability, based in Middlesex, NJ.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Able to lift 50 lbs, work on your feet, and wear PPE including a respirator
- Reliable, coachable, and able to follow written procedures and checklists
- Available for a rotating on-call schedule
