Job Summary
Perform contents restoration for residential and commercial properties, including packing, on-site cleaning, HVAC cleaning, and deodorization. Assist with inventorying, handling, and storing customer contents while setting up and maintaining specialized restoration equipment. Operate tools, perform routine equipment maintenance, and maintain warehouse organization. Support hazardous waste operations as needed and travel to various job sites. Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and site-specific safety plans. Requires OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification, forklift certification, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and possess a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2–4 years of construction or restoration experience
- Ability to perform physical labor in demanding environments
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Ability to wear a respirator (medical clearance required)
- OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification
- Valid driver's license
- Forklift certification or experience
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow directions
- Good communication skills
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be flexible with hours and travel to jobsites
Desired Qualifications
- Water restoration certification (IICRC)
- Construction or restoration industry experience
- Experience with heavy equipment operation and maintenance
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
