Restoration Technician – Mitigation

Perform water extraction and emergency mitigation services safely and efficiently; assist with water, fire, and mold mitigation, demolition, and equipment setup; prepare rooms/areas for work activities including staging and protecting contents; perform demolition and general cleanup of affected structures; operate and monitor drying equipment, recording moisture data; maintain clean and organized work areas, tools, equipment, and company vehicle; complete required documentation and upload job photos/updates into database; communicate professionally with customers while supporting project leadership; participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency responses; follow all jobsite safety standards and hazard identification practices; adapt and provide support across multiple operations.
