Job Summary
Respond to emergency calls for water, fire, smoke, and mold damage. Extract water, perform structural drying, demolition, and moisture readings. Complete drying plans, documentation, and odor removal. Assist with fire/smoke clean-up, mold remediation, and basic cleaning. Board up and secure structures while communicating with customers. Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and cleanliness standards. Participate in on-call rotation. Requires high school diploma, IICRC certifications, valid driver's license, and ability to lift 50–75 lbs. Pay is $18–$25/hour with health, vision, and dental benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Can lift 50–75 lbs
- Able to work in tight/confined spaces
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comfortable with tech: smartphones, tablets, and basic computer skills
- A positive, reliable, can-do attitude
- Able to pass background check & drug screen
