Job Summary
Set up drying and restoration equipment, remove damaged materials, and prepare work areas for the next stage of repair. Assist with water extraction, demolition, and cleanup while following industry standards and safety protocols. Work alongside experienced technicians to turn damaged spaces into safe, restored environments. Includes participation in a rotating on-call schedule.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months of experience in restoration, construction, or a related field
- Strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn new techniques and equipment
- Proficient in using mobile devices and relevant applications
- Basic computer skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Effective communication skills with coworkers, supervisors, and customers
- Valid full class driver's license
- Clear driver's abstract
- Fit test certification
- Other safety certifications
- Ability to complete work activities that may involve material handling, lifting, climbing, and the use of personal protective equipment including respirators, safety footwear, and other required gear
- Includes participation in a rotating on-call schedule
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in cleaning or emergency services
- Water Remediation Technician (WRT) certification
- Forklift certification
