Job Summary
Restoration Technician role supporting emergency response and remediation in Canada. You will assess damage, set up drying/deodorization systems, and perform water, mold, and asbestos remediation following industry standards. Responsibilities include coordinating site setup, assisting or leading response crews, ensuring equipment and safety systems are in place, communicating progress with teammates and customers, and ensuring projects move safely and efficiently from start to finish. Requires on-call availability, proficiency with Microsoft Office and field equipment, and certifications related to water remediation and safety. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in restoration/emergency industry
- Knowledge of water remediation procedures (IICRC S-500)
- WRT certification
- Water remediation certification
- Valid full class driver's license
- Safety certifications/fit test
- Ability to work on rotating on-call schedule
- Ability to lift/move materials and operate PPE
