Job Summary
IICRC-Certified Restoration Technician responsible for fire and smoke damage cleaning, structural and contents cleaning, demolition and debris removal, water-related restoration, equipment setup, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment; communicates professionally with customers and team members.
Required Qualifications
- IICRC certification preferred (FSRT certification highly desirable)
- Previous experience in fire restoration, structural cleaning, demolition, or related restoration work preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
