Job Summary
Conduct water extraction, fire and smoke cleaning, microbial remediation, and biohazard clean-up for residential and commercial property loss situations. Manage field operations including structural board-up, security, content pack-outs, processing, deodorization, and storage. Supervise temporary labor personnel and oversee demolition tasks as assigned. Maintain empathy in all customer interactions while adhering to 24-hour on-call availability. Occasional travel under 25% of the time is required for training or meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Possess and maintain a valid driver's license
- Successfully pass a national criminal background check and motor vehicle report background check
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Ability to be on-call 24 hours a day
- Occasional travel
- Less than 25% of the time
- Some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected for training or meetings
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of restoration industry or maintenance experience preferred
