Job Summary
Respond to fire, water, and other restoration service calls as assigned, preparing rooms and staging equipment according to production guidelines. Communicate with the Crew Chief to meet customer needs, assist customers professionally during stressful situations, and perform end-of-day cleanup and equipment breakdown. Maintain clean vehicles, warehouse areas, and workspaces while following all safety protocols and lifting up to 100 pounds. Work the consistent 3:00 PM–11:00 PM evening shift with shift differential pay. IICRC certifications and local travel ability are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Dependable and able to work a consistent 3:00 PM–11:00 PM schedule
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to travel locally and out of state as necessary
- Ability to successfully complete a background check, subject to applicable law
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and willingness to assist wherever needed
- Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
- Ability to drive, sit, climb, bend, push, pull, lift, and carry objects repetitively
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
- Ability to work in tight spaces, including crawl spaces underneath buildings
- Ability to work safely in changing job-site environments
Desired Qualifications
- Cleaning and/or restoration experience preferred
- IICRC certifications preferred
