Job Summary
Coordinate production processes, monitor quality control, and manage labor and consumable usage on assigned fire restoration projects. Supervise restoration technicians, coach staff, and document detailed job files to support services. Communicate clear expectations, track customer satisfaction via online reviews, and report progress to the restoration project manager and office staff. Adhere to OSHA guidelines and manage assets by protecting equipment and materials. Lift up to 100 pounds, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces. Requires valid driver's license and at least one year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics)
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED (preferred)
- IICRC certification a plus, not required
