Job Summary
Restoration Supervisor to oversee and lead restoration technicians on disaster-restoration projects (water, fire, mold). Responsibilities include coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities, coaching technicians, ensuring safety standards, loading equipment, performing on-site monitoring, completing sketch and scope for estimates, maintaining drying records via mobile software, inspecting jobs, obtaining customer signatures for satisfaction, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining inventory. Requires a valid driver’s license and at least 1 year of relevant experience; Xactimate experience preferred. Certifications listed include OCT (required) with ASD and FSRT and additional OCT preferred. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds regularly, climbing ladders, and working in tight spaces.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
- Experience with using Xactimate is preferred but not required
- Certifications required: OCT – Odor Control Technician
- Certifications are preferred, but not required: ASD – Applied Structural Drying Technician, FSRT – Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician, OCT – Odor Control Technician
