Job Summary
Coordinate and perform production processes on assigned projects while ensuring quality control and managing labor and consumable usage. Supervise restoration technicians by communicating clear expectations, coaching staff, and training them on job safety and equipment protection. Document detailed job files to support services and communicate progress to project managers and office staff. Manage customer and client experience by tracking satisfaction metrics and maintaining a positive brand reputation. Work in tight spaces, crawl areas, and at ceiling heights while lifting up to 100 pounds with assistance. Adhere to all OSHA guidelines and follow company safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics)
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED (preferred)
- IICRC certification a plus, not required
