Restoration Supervisor

Coordinate and perform production processes while ensuring quality control and managing labor usage on assigned projects. Supervise restoration technicians by communicating clear expectations, coaching them on safety, and training them to meet service standards. Document detailed job files to support provided services and communicate progress to the project manager and office staff. Monitor customer and client experiences by tracking online reviews to maintain satisfaction levels. Follow all OSHA guidelines and manage assets by protecting equipment and materials during work activities. Lift up to 100 pounds and work in tight spaces as required.
