Job Summary
Coordinate and perform production processes on fire restoration projects while ensuring quality control and managing labor and consumable usage. Supervise restoration technicians by communicating clear expectations, coaching staff, and training them on safety protocols and equipment handling. Document detailed job files to support services and communicate project progress and issues with the restoration project manager and office staff. Manage customer and client experiences to maintain satisfaction tracked via online reviews, while strictly following OSHA guidelines for job safety. Lift up to 100 pounds and work in tight spaces, attics, and crawl heights as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics)
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED (preferred)
- IICRC certification a plus, not required
