Job Summary
Coordinate and perform production processes while ensuring quality control and managing labor and consumable usage on assigned projects. Supervise restoration technicians by communicating clear expectations, coaching, and training staff to maintain safety and operational standards. Document detailed job files to support services and communicate project progress and issues with the restoration project manager and office staff. Manage the customer experience and overall satisfaction by tracking online reviews and following OSHA guidelines for job safety. Handle physical demands including lifting up to 100 pounds, climbing ladders, and working in tight spaces.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics)
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED (preferred)
- IICRC certification a plus, not required
