Job Summary
Coordinate production processes, monitor quality control, and supervise restoration technicians to fulfill service needs and maintain customer satisfaction. Document detailed job files, manage labor and consumable usage, and communicate project progress with the restoration project manager and office staff. Coach and train technicians while adhering to OSHA guidelines and protecting equipment and materials. Lift up to 100 pounds, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces as required. Requires a valid driver's license and at least one year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics)
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED (preferred)
- IICRC certification
