Job Summary
Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project. Prepare rooms/areas for work activities by setting up staging areas and equipment. Perform production processes as directed while adhering to safety and risk management guidelines. Communicate with the crew chief and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes. Perform end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup, leaving jobsites clean and orderly. Maintain an organized warehouse space and clean the office and grounds as assigned. Develop production expertise in services, cleaning products, and equipment. This full-time position requires 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work, local travel, and some out-of-area overnight trips.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Strong work ethic
- Strong oral communication skills
- Regularly lifting 50 pounds independently
- Occasionally lifting up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Walking and standing for long periods of time
- Driving
- Sitting
- Climbing ladders
- Working at ceiling heights
- Working in tight spaces
- Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects
- Working with and around chemicals
- Working overhead
- Occasionally wearing a respirator
- Full-time position working 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Monday – Friday
- 40 hours per week
- Frequently requires long hours (beyond 8 hours a day)
- Some evening and weekend work
- Travel is required
- Primarily local travel
- Some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction preferred
- IICRC certifications preferred
- Willingness to travel a plus
