Restoration Supervisor

Coordinate and perform production processes while ensuring quality control and managing labor and consumable usage on assigned projects. Supervise restoration technicians by communicating clear expectations, coaching them on safety, and training staff to meet OSHA guidelines. Document detailed job files to support services and manage customer satisfaction through consistent communication with project managers and office staff. Protect and use equipment and materials properly while climbing ladders and working in tight spaces. Requires a valid driver's license and at least one year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
