Job Summary
Coordinate daily field operations, manage onsite activities, and direct restoration crews for emergency fire, water, and mold mitigation projects. Execute advanced mitigation techniques, ensure quality workmanship meets industry standards, and verify completion of inspections. Maintain crew equipment and materials while communicating project conditions with management and customers. Prioritize safety for occupants and workers throughout all site operations. Complete timely and accurate paperwork for all services.
Required Qualifications
- Maintains a valid and current driver's license
- CDL
- Successfully pass a national criminal background check and motor vehicle report background check
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of restoration industry experience (water, fire, mold)
- Previous supervisory experience
- Understanding of MS Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook
- Previous experience and IIRC certifications
