Restoration Services Team Leader

Job Summary
Lead and execute environmental and restoration construction operations as a BMP field leader in Concord, CA. Build and scale high‐performing BMP field teams and office support; oversee a diverse portfolio including stormwater BMP installation/removal, erosion control, hydroseeding, right‐of‐way clearing, fencing, and emergency response for utility and municipal clients; manage subcontractors and lead safety audits; hire/train superintendents and field crews to uphold a strong safety culture and high-quality execution; apply technical knowledge of BMP installation techniques to plan work and schedule crews; participate in proposal development and budget preparation; coordinate labor, equipment, and resources to maintain schedules and profitability; review timecards and field reports; ensure QA/QC and compliance; enforce health and safety standards and escalate issues to leadership as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or relevant experience in project management or construction projects
- 7+ years of experience in the construction industry with focus on BMP services
- 5+ years of experience in construction site management
- Experience installing typical construction site BMPs
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong commitment to completing work safely
- Experience scheduling multiple jobsites/resources daily
- Managing diverse teams - office and field based
- Ability to commute to job sites and travel long distances and overnight as needed
- Preferred: CHST certification
- Preferred: PMP certification
- Fluent in Spanish
