Job Summary
Manage budget, schedule, and performance for disaster-remodel projects while controlling and communicating financials to owners and subcontractors. Confirm budget and work orders before project start, ensure compliance with standards and regulations, and spend significant time in the field to verify proper completion. Define project scope, hold trades to high standards, and build relationships with key customers and vendors. Track metrics during bi-weekly reviews and participate in local community events. You will have autonomy to control your schedule after training, with opportunities for continuous learning and mentorship.
Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience
