Restoration Project Manager

Oversee assigned restoration projects and crews by ensuring accurate scopes of work, preparing estimates via proprietary software, and negotiating client approval. Schedule, coordinate, and supervise crews and subcontractors to deliver service while reviewing job site documentation for billing compliance. Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives. Manage production expenses for equipment, vehicles, and materials. Handle customer experience and satisfaction, provide priority responses to potential clients, and participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates. Requires a valid driver's license, high school diploma or higher, at least one year of management experience, and three years of industry experience. Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly and climb ladders. IICRC certification is preferred.
