Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews, ensuring accurate scope of work and estimates using proprietary software. Negotiate client approval on project scope and coordinate resources, including subcontractors, to deliver active services. Review job site documentation to support services and ensure proper billing, while maintaining written communication with customers, vendors, and insurance representatives. Manage production expenses for equipment, vehicles, and materials, and drive customer satisfaction through priority responses and online review tracking. Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates. Requires a valid driver's license, high school diploma or higher, at least one year of management experience, and three years of industry experience.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma/GED
- Associate degree or Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience
- At least 3 years of industry experience
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferred
- IICRC certification a preferred
