Restoration Project Manager

Oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews, ensuring accurate scope of work and estimates using proprietary software. Negotiate client approval on project details, schedule and coordinate resources including subcontractors, and review job site documentation to support services and billing. Maintain written communication with customers, vendors, and insurance representatives while managing production expenses for equipment and materials. Manage the customer experience and satisfaction, provide priority responses to potential clients, and participate in recruiting, hiring, and training teammates. Requires valid driver's license, Xactimate Level II certification, and at least one year of management experience. Ability to lift up to 100 pounds, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces. On-call rotation and after-hours EMS jobs required.
