Job Summary
Oversee assigned restoration projects and crews by ensuring accurate scopes of work, preparing estimates with proprietary software, and negotiating client approval. Schedule, coordinate, and supervise subcontractors while reviewing job site documentation to support services and billing. Maintain written communication with customers, vendors, and insurance representatives, and manage production expenses for equipment and materials. Provide priority responses to potential customers and manage overall customer satisfaction tracked through online reviews. Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates. Requires a valid driver's license, at least one year of management experience, and three years of industry experience.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma/GED
- Associate degree or Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience
- At least 3 years of industry experience
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferred
- IICRC certification a preferred
