Review job site documentation to support billing processes and maintain written communication with customers, vendors, and insurance representatives. Manage the customer experience by providing priority responses and tracking satisfaction through online reviews. Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training teammates. Requires a valid driver's license, at least three years of industry experience, and ability to lift up to 100 pounds regularly.
