Job Summary
Oversee assigned restoration projects and crews by ensuring accurate scope of work, preparing estimates with proprietary software, and negotiating client approval. Schedule and coordinate resources, including subcontractors, to deliver service while maintaining written communication with customers, vendors, and insurance representatives. Review job site documentation to support services and ensure proper billing, manage production expenses for equipment and materials, and handle customer satisfaction tracked through online reviews. Provide priority responses to potential customers and participate in recruiting, hiring, and training teammates. Requires valid driver's license, Xactimate Level II certification, and at least one year of management experience. Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and work in tight spaces.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Xactimate Level II
- At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience
- At least 3 years of industry experience
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work EMS jobs, sometimes after hours
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Desired Qualifications
- IICRC certification a preferred
