Restoration Project Manager

Job Summary
Own restoration projects end-to-end, including scoping, estimating in Xactimate, crew scheduling, and subcontractor coordination. Write accurate estimates, manage claims through XactAnalysis, and work directly with insurance adjusters and homeowners to keep claims moving. Lead field technicians, conduct site inspections at every phase, and monitor budgets, timelines, and margins to deliver projects on target. Maintain complete documentation and photos for claim readiness. Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency response approximately four to five weeks per year. This full-time role in Greater Vancouver offers a $65K–$80K base salary with performance bonuses and a company vehicle.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years project management experience in restoration (or closely related: insurance construction, remediation)
- Proficiency with Xactimate
- Working knowledge of the insurance claims process and IICRC standards
- Valid BC Driver's License with a clean abstract
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Must be available for on-call rotation for emergency response (approx. 4–5 weeks/year)
- Must be able to juggle multiple active projects
