Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews. Lead the team to operational excellence by ensuring accurate scope of work and estimates, coordinating schedules, managing subcontractors, maintaining client and internal communications, and controlling production expenses. Responsibilities include negotiating project scope with customers, reviewing job-site documentation, supporting billing processes, driving customer satisfaction, participating in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company policies. Requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, climb ladders, work in tight spaces, and pass a background check.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma/GED
- At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience
- At least 3 years of industry experience
- IICRC certification preferred
