Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews, ensuring accurate scope of work and estimates using proprietary software. Negotiate client approval on project details, schedule and coordinate resources including subcontractors, and maintain written communication with customers, vendors, and insurance representatives. Review job site documentation to support services and ensure proper billing, while managing production expenses for equipment and materials. Provide priority responses to potential customers and manage the overall customer experience. Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates. Requires at least one year of management experience and three years of industry experience, with a valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience
- At least 3 years of industry experience
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferred
- IICRC certification a preferred
