Oversee restoration projects and crews, ensuring accurate scope of work and estimates, scheduling resources, coordinating subcontractors, reviewing job-site documentation, and maintaining clear communication with customers, vendors, and insurance representatives. Lead recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates, manage production expenses, and monitor customer satisfaction through online reviews. Requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma/GED (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred), and at least 1 year of management plus 3 years of industry experience; IICRC certification preferred.
