Restoration Project Manager

Job Summary
Own restoration projects end-to-end, including scoping, estimating in Xactimate, crew scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and closeout. Write accurate estimates, manage claims through XactAnalysis, and work directly with insurance adjusters, property managers, and homeowners to keep claims moving. Lead and support field technicians, conduct site inspections at every phase, and monitor budgets, timelines, and margins to deliver projects on target. Maintain complete documentation including photos, moisture logs, and scope notes for claim readiness. Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency response approximately four to five weeks annually. This role is based in Greater Vancouver with a full-time Monday-to-Friday schedule. The team is multilingual, with English, Mandarin, and Cantonese assets serving a diverse client base across residential, commercial, and strata properties.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years project management experience in restoration (or closely related: insurance construction, remediation)
- Proficiency with Xactimate
- Working knowledge of the insurance claims process and IICRC standards
