Job Summary
Visit new assignments, interface with clients to sell jobs, and scope damages to create estimates for insurance or property management approval. Coordinate repairs using contractors to ensure project completion to company standards, manage deadlines and quality across multiple simultaneous projects, and supervise subcontractors. Call or meet customers to ensure satisfaction and collect payment for completed work. This full-time exempt role handles projects ranging from $0 to $50,000. Drivers must be 21+.
