Restoration Project Manager

Oversee multiple restoration projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to IICRC standards, OSHA regulations, and budgetary constraints. Manage field staff, conduct daily safety meetings, and utilize Xactimate to generate precise estimates and job activity paperwork. Act as a liaison among clients, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors to secure approvals and communicate project scope. Analyze work conditions to accept or reject scopes while maintaining material inventories for accurate costing. Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation for each assigned project. Ensure timely abatement and efficient staff utilization to meet completion deadlines.
