Job Summary
Restoration Project Manager (RPM) leads renovation projects following traumatic events, manages budgets, coordinates owners and sub-contractors, and spends substantial time in the field to ensure on-budget, high-quality completion. Responsibilities include meeting operational objectives in sales, gross margin, and cycle time; tracking metrics; ensuring compliance with standards and regulations; building relationships with customers and vendors; and mentoring a team of tradespeople. The role emphasizes communication, leadership, and customer service with opportunities for training through Paul Davis University, remote-friendly scheduling, and a variable pay structure linked to project performance. Asbestos remediation experience is a plus; post-secondary education is required; construction project management experience is welcomed to grow in the role. Flexible work-from-home options are available in a BC-based region (Penticton/Kelowna area).
