Job Summary
Restoration Project Manager (RPM) at Paul Davis leads restoration and reconstruction projects for residential and commercial properties, managing renovation, budgets, and field execution, while building relationships with owners, sub-contractors, and vendors. Key duties include ensuring budget adherence, tracking project metrics, confirming work orders, ensuring regulatory and standards compliance, and driving customer satisfaction. Requires leadership ability, strong communication, planning skills, and a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; construction PM experience is a plus with training provided.
