Job Summary
Lead and manage restoration projects involving water, fire, mold, storm, and reconstruction services. Conduct job site inspections, develop timelines and budgets, and coordinate subcontractors and internal crews to ensure work meets IICRC standards and safety regulations. Serve as the primary contact for property owners and insurance adjusters, manage change orders, and follow up on accounts receivable. Direct field technicians, train team members, and perform final walk-throughs to ensure customer satisfaction. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergency events and adjust availability during large-scale catastrophe responses, with travel expenses covered. Requires 2–5+ years of restoration experience and proficiency with estimating tools like Xactimate.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of experience in restoration, construction, or related project management
- Strong knowledge of water mitigation, fire damage restoration, mold remediation, or reconstruction
- Proficiency with project management and estimating tools (Xactimate, Job-Dox, Encircle, DASH, or similar)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- IICRC Certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT)
- Experience working with insurance carriers and adjusters
- Background in customer service or emergency response environments
- Bilingual abilities (a plus depending on region)
