Job Summary
Oversee reconstruction projects from start to finish in a collaborative, client-focused environment. Drive project delivery by coordinating homeowners, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors; manage schedules, resources, and change orders to meet quality, timeline, and budget goals. Maintain detailed project documentation and progress updates, mentor team members, ensure safety compliance and adherence to company standards, and foster a positive, team-oriented culture. Strong emphasis on relationship-building with clients and stakeholders, excellent communication, and organized, methodical project execution.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing reconstruction or construction projects.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust with clients and team members.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to track multiple tasks simultaneously.
