Manage budget, schedule, and performance for disaster-remodel projects while controlling costs and communicating effectively with owners and subcontractors. Spend significant time in the field overseeing renovation completion and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. Confirm work orders before project start and track metrics during bi-weekly reviews to meet operational objectives. Build relationships with key customers and vendors to improve overall performance. This role supports Paul Davis's mission to restore communities after traumatic events like fires and floods, allowing you to lead skilled tradespeople and homeowners back to safety.
Required Qualifications
