Job Summary
Manage budget, schedule, and performance for disaster remediation projects while controlling and communicating financials to owners and subcontractors. Confirm work orders and budgets before project initiation, ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, and track metrics during bi-weekly reviews. Spend significant time in the field overseeing renovation completion for residential and commercial properties damaged by fire or flood. Build relationships with key customers and vendors, participate in local community events, and lead a team of skilled tradespeople to deliver projects on time and within scope.
