Job Summary
Oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and resources to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Serve as primary contact for homeowners, insurance adjusters, and key stakeholders. Create and manage project schedules, budgets, change orders, and documentation. Conduct job site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety. Resolve challenges quickly while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience. Flexible work-from-home options available.
Required Qualifications
- Construction, reconstruction, restoration, or project management experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and project documentation.
- Proficiency with project management software and estimating platforms is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to local job sites.
