Restoration Project Manager for residential/commercial repairs after events like fires or floods. Lead a team of tradespeople, manage renovation scope and budgets, spend substantial time in the field ensuring projects meet budget and industry standards, build foundational relationships with homeowners and clients, actively listen, and drive results. Role emphasizes learning and development, client-facing interaction, and collaboration with owners, sub-contractors, and vendors to improve performance, track metrics, ensure regulatory compliance, and pursue opportunities to advance the projects and organization. Responsibilities include meeting operational objectives (Sales, Gross Margin, Cycle Time), maintaining schedules, and participating in local community activities, with a focus on delivering high-quality restoration work and customer service.
