Job Summary
Oversee restoration and mitigation projects from start to finish, managing job site activities, schedules, and crew performance for water, fire, mold, or storm damage. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and insurance adjusters while creating estimates using Xactimate and DocuSketch. Ensure all work complies with IICRC standards and SERVPRO® processes through proper documentation, job costing, and reporting. Participate in a monthly on-call rotation of one week. Prior restoration project management experience is required, along with the ability to handle high-end, high-profile large losses.
Required Qualifications
- Prior restoration project management experience
- Ability to Project Manage high end/ high profile large losses
- Strong experience with creating estimates via Xactimate
- Experience with DocuSketch
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree
- IICRC certifications (Water, Fire, or Applied Structural Drying)
- PMP certification
- Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
- Create estimates using Xactimate (preferred)
