Restoration Project Manager-NYC Area

Oversee daily operations of restoration and mitigation projects involving water, fire, mold, or storm damage from start to finish. Manage job site activities, schedules, and crew performance while serving as the primary contact for customers and insurance adjusters. Create estimates using Xactimate and ensure all work complies with IICRC standards and company processes. Participate in a monthly on-call rotation of one week. This role requires prior restoration project management experience, proficiency with Xactimate and DocuSketch, and the ability to handle high-profile losses.
